Students at St. Martin school enjoyed playing their own version of ‘Minute to Win It!’ photo from SNCDSB.
TERRACE BAY, ON – Mme. Fummerton’s students worked very hard to learn gestures from the AIM French Langauge Program this month and were rewarded with the opportunity to play, ‘Minute à Gagner’, which promoted both oral language and physical fitness.
The students from grades four through eight were able to spontaneously communicate in French and used their signs to encourage peers while playing a spin off of the popular television show. Students followed instructions, watched the blue print, read, and cheered using their newly learned vocabulary.
Students at St. Martin school look forward to “jouer” encore!
