PowerPlan STREET TALK EPISODE 4 ONLINE

While out on the streets of Wawa the Economic Development Corporation asked local youth if they have ever thought of entrepreneurship or owning a business as a career choice. Entrepreneurship is often not viewed as a career choice for many youth. In fact, owning a business and doing something you enjoy can be the most rewarding career of all.

PowerPlan will effectively teach youth aged 16-29 in Wawa and Michipicoten First Nation how to start and run a business. Youth will be guided in creating their business plan, attend interactive workshops and be paired up with successful business owners to learn first hand how to run a business.
