10. RÉGLEMENTS / BY-LAWS
10.1 Arrêté-municipal no. 2013-16, étant un règlement pour amender l’arrêté-municipal no. 2013-14 pour adopter les estimations de toutes les sommes nécessaires et pour fixer les taux d’impositon pour l’année 2013 / By-Law No. 2013-16, being a By-law to amend by-law no. 2013-14 to adopt the estimates of all sums required and to fix rates of taxation for the year 2013; and
10.2 Arrêté-municipal no. 2013-17, étant un règlement pour établir des règles pour l’entretien et le contrôle du cimetière Ste. Cécile de Dubreuilville / By-Law No. 2013-17, being a By-law to provide rules and regulations for the maintenance and control of the Ste. Cécile (Dubreuilville) Cemetery; and
10.3 Arrêté-municipal no. 2013-18, étant un règlement pour imposer des tarifs de service d’eau aux propriétaires ou occupants de terrains qui utilisent le système d’eau municipal, détenu et exploité par le Canton de Dubreuilville / By-Law No. 2013-18, being a By-law to impose water service rates upon owners or occupants of land who use water works, owned and operated by the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville; and
10.4 Arrêté-municipal no. 2013-19, étant un règlement pour imposer des tarifs de service d’égout aux propriétaires ou occupants de terrains qui utilisent le système d’égout, détenu et exploité par le Canton de Dubreuilville / By-Law No. 2013-19, being a By-law to impose sewage service rates upon owners or occupants of land who use the sewage system, owned and operated by the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville; and
10.5 Arrêté-municipal no. 2013-20, étant un règlement pour autoriser l’exécution d’une entente pour la location d’un terrain municipal entre André Champagne et la Corporation du Canton de Dubreuilville / By-Law No. 2013-20, being a By-law to authorize the execution of an Agreement for the Tenancy of a municipal lot between André Champagne and the Corporation of the Township of Dubreuilville; and
10.6 Arrêté-municipal no. 2013-21, étant un règlement pour établir des politiques et des tarifs spécifiques pour les voyages d’affaires municipales / By-Law No. 2013-21, being a By-law to establish policies and specified rates for travelling on municipal business
