Wawa EDC Congratulates Top 5 of Prodigy Argonaut Dreamers Contest

WAWA, ON – Economic Development Wawa, in partnership with Prodigy Argonaut Gold and Michipicoten First Nation, is proud to announce winners of the Mine Your Own Business Wawa (MYOB) Prodigy Argonaut Dreamers Challenge.

The Prodigy Argonaut Dreamers Challenge challenged area youth aged 15 to 29 to describe a business idea for Wawa or area communities.  The top five entries are being awarded a $100 cash prize, sponsored by Prodigy Argonaut.

Congratulations to the following recipients of the Dreamers Contest:

Economic Development Wawa would like to thank all area youth for who entered the Prodigy Argonaut Dreamers Challenge. With over 40 entries received, the judging panel was overwhelmed with the huge response.

The EDC greatly appreciates the generosity and support shown to the youth of our area that Argonaut Prodigy has made by financially supporting this contest and to the next contest round Prodigy Argonaut Doers Challenge.

The Doers Business Challenge begins January 6, 2014. Successful entries may win up to $1,000 in a first place prize package by completing a three-page business plan available on-line.
