Most of this week’s new releases have been highly anticipated since their theatrical debuts. With star power like Hugh Jackman, Liam Neeson, Ed Harris, Vince Vaughn and Michael Douglas, coupled with popular genres like Action, Comedy and Sci-Fi, it’s not hard to see why our customers have been chomping at the bit to get their hands on these new movies. There are a total of five new titles to choose from this week with a brief synopsis of each below;

Chappie: starring Hugh Jackman and Sigourney Weaver – In a future where crime is patrolled by a mechanized police force, a police droid called Chappie is stolen and given new programming allowing him to become the first robot with the ability to think and feel for himself. (Sci-Fi) (DVD and Blu-Ray) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Run All Night: starring Liam Neeson and Ed Harris – A former mobster and hit man must decide where his loyalties lie: with his estranged son, Mike, whose life is in danger, or his long-time best friend, who wants Mike to pay for the death of his own son. (Action/Crime) (DVD and Blu-Ray) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Unfinished Business: starring Vince Vaughn and Dave Franco – A small business owner and his two employees travel to Europe to close the deal of a lifetime. But what starts off as a routine trip, turns into anything but ordinary as the guys do whatever it takes to seal the deal. (Comedy) (DVD and Blu-Ray) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Beyond the Reach: starring Michael Douglas – A wealthy business tycoon embarks on a hunting trip with a local guide. After a terrible accident, the trip turns into a brutal game of cat and mouse as the guide learns that the business man will stop at nothing to save himself. Bravetown: starring Josh Duhamel, Lucas Till and Maria Bello – A troubled young man is sentenced to live with his father in a small American town where he is given a chance to turn his life around. (Drama) (DVD) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsCxy9N_gTM

Elder Scrolls Online: The celebrated series is online for the first time! Payday 2: Players will have access to many new features including Crimenet- which allows you to choose contracts and perform jobs for various shady characters. New rewards for also available for the completion of each job- and of course, there are an array of new weapons to choose from! Available to rent or buy for PS4 and Xbox One.
