TORONTO, ON – It’s a big thumbs up from Eugene Desmoulin (above) of Pic Mobert First Nation who won $100,000 with ENCORE (October 16, 2015 LOTTO MAX draw). The winning ticket was purchased at D & D Variety on Highway 17 in White River.
