TORONTO, ON – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of her Breach of Parole.
Michelle Stephanie MORRIS is described as female, 33 years of age, 5’6” (168 cm), 137 lbs. (62 kgs), black hair and brown eyes. MORRIS has a scar on her right wrist.
MORRIS is serving a 5 year and 11 month sentence for Manslaughter.
MORRIS is known to frequent the areas of North Bay, Sioux Lookout and Thunder Bay.
