North West LHIN wants your feedback to help improve Health Care

NWLHIN-logoLast month, the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care Eric Hoskins announced the next stage of the Patients First: Action Plan for Health Care, the “Proposal to Strengthen Patient-Centred Health Care in Ontario.”  The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care has asked the North West LHIN to collect feedback on the Proposal, which has four main components:

  • More effective integration of services and greater equity
  • Timely access to primary care, and seamless links between primary care and other services
  • More consistent and accessible home and community care
  • Stronger links between population and public health and other health services
