Motor Vehicle Collision Results in Charges
WAWA, ON – On Friday February 12, 2016 at approximately 3:30 pm members the Superior East Wawa Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision located on Highway 17 near the Pinewood Drive entrance Wawa Ontario.
Investigation revealed that a North bound motor vehicle was struck by a second motor vehicle coming out of Pinewood Drive.
As a result of this investigation Emily Jeanne PEROFF (19) of Hornepayne Ontario was charged with the following offence,
- Adult Fail to yield to traffic on through highway contrary to section 136(1)(b) of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
Peroff was issued an offence notice for the offence.
