St. Martin School Cares
TERRACE BAY, ON – Once again St. Martin School staff and students came together to support the McCausland Hospital, this time it was in their pursuit of a Cardiac Heart Monitoring System. All staff of St. Martin School and Ecole Franco Terrace donated money at Christmas towards this initiative and through this collection gave $260. In January several of the Grade 3/4 students and one Grade 2 student went to Principal Desjardins to also ask if they could also help to support the hospital in their wish for the cardiac system. These students, along with their parents and the generous families from St. Martin School organized a Bake Sale for February 19th and were able to raise another $220. We are so incredibly blessed and proud to have a small school that has students, staff and parents that care so much for our local community!
