Follow @OPP_Hire’s Live Tweets During Virtual Ride-Along with Marathon @OPP_NWR

The Ontario Provincial Police is ALWAYS HIRING. In fact, the OPP is once again opening the doors to the public on an unprecedented scale showcasing what policing in Northwestern Ontario is all about. Through the use of social media, the OPP is also hoping to provide another avenue for everyone, everywhere to learn more about a policing career.

To achieve this, Sgt. Jen Nolet, from OPP Uniform Recruitment will participate in a virtual ride-along which will be held at the Marathon Detachment on Friday, March 31st, 2017, between 11am and 5pmEST. Sergeant Nolet will work with officers from the Marathon Detachment and tweet out events/incidents/highlights while responding to calls for service. All events will be tweeted live on Twitter @OPP_Hire. This is again a perfect opportunity to get involved online, experience Destination: Wild in Marathon with the OPP and ask questions in real time all the while following the shift of OPP Officer.
