LSHS Trick or Treat for the Humane Society

TERRACE BAY, ON – The Lake Superior High School Stinger spirit was out in full force on Halloween night as student volunteers trick-or-treated for the local animal shelter: the Furget-Me-Not Animal Shelter. Thanks to the efforts of the volunteers we raised $2113.80 for the shelter! This is proud annual Lake Superior High School event has raised over $29,000 for the local shelter and we honoured to partner with the dedicated shelter volunteers to support their efforts.

This yearly endeavor could not be successful without a truly team effort. Thank-you to Mrs. Martin’s students, Michael and Erin for helping to get the buckets ready, to Mrs. Fenton for helping to gather volunteers, to Mrs. Costa for collecting the buckets in Schreiber and to Ms. Weaver for counting and rolling all the donations!
