ESPANOLA, ON – A look at some of the work underway at the site of the new Sacred Heart Catholic School in Espanola. The Huron-Superior Catholic District School Board is working with the Conseil scolairecatholique du Nouvel-Ontario on a multi-million dollar project that will see two schools built on the same site. During winter work slows as laying brick must be done on a smaller scale indoors. Areas being worked on are protected from the elements by tarps and heated to allow for proper curing on cement. Slowly but surely the walls are rising from the snowy environs.
