WAWA, ON – During the early hours of December 29th, 2011 Ontario Provincial Police Superior East Wawa detachment were dispatched to a possible impaired driver on a snowmobile. The snowmobile and driver were located on the corner of Klondike St and Broadway Ave. As a result of police investigation the driver, 21-year-old Dustin KRALY of Wawa was arrested and brought to the OPP Wawa detachment for breath tests. During a search of the accused, approximately 7.45 grams of cocaine was found in his possession. The following charges were laid;
- Have Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired by Alcohol
- Exceed 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content
- Possession for the Purpose – Schedule 1 – Cocaine
The accused was released and will appear in Wawa Criminal Court on February 6th, 2012 to answer to the charges.

WAWA, ON – January 1st, 2012 the Superior East OPP in Wawa stopped a motor vehicle on Highway 101 near Ghost Lake. The driver, a 17-year-old youth was arrested and as a result of subsequent breath tests was charged with the following;
- Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
- Exceed 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content
The youth was released and to appear in Wawa Youth Criminal Court on February 6th, 2012.
