GERALDTON, ON – After defeating the powerful Geraldton High School Knights earlier this month, the Nipigon Red Rock District High School Lakers could not repeat the result when they faced off at the net in the West Division battle on Tuesday, October 16th at  Geraldton District High School. The hometown Knights fought valiantly to edge out the Lakers 25-23 and 27-25. The result: Knights grab the season series 4-3 in overall points with one game remaining against last year’s NSSSAA Boys Volleyball Western Champions, the Lake Superior High School Stingers.

Lake Superior High School’s Stingers will also play the Nipigon Red Rock District High School’s Lakers twice before the season ends.
