MARATHON, ON – Plenty of action at Tuesday evening’s slow-pitch games yesterday evening. Brokerlink took full control of 1st place in Marathon Mixed Slo-Pitch as they defeated the CrossOver Video Blue Jays 12-10. Adam McCulloch and Jim Ellis hit HR’s for Brokerlink, while Nathan Davis hit a HR for the Blue Jays. Brock Kellner got his 2nd win of the season, and John Rose got his first save for Brokerlink. Tristan Vollett took the loss for the Blue Jays.
The LaFarge Brewers took sole possession of 2nd place as they defeated Barrick 13-10. Pat Bananish and Rob Joy hit HR’s for the Brewers, while Ben Kowalczyk hit a HR in a losing cause for Barrick. Kelly Michano picked up her first win of the season, while Kowalczyk took his 4th loss of the season.
