WAWA, ON – December 22, 2013 just after 1:00 am the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment stopped a vehicle on Caverhill Street in Wawa.
Based on the observations made by the investigating officer the driver was asked to provide a breath sample. The driver refused and as a result 42 year old Kirk WHITLOCK of Wawa was charged with Refuse to Provide Breath Sample. He was released from custody and is to appear in Wawa Criminal Court on February 10, 2014.
