MARATHON RESIDENT CHARGED FOR IMPAIRED DRIVING IN SCHREIBER

oppcolourSCHREIBER, ON – July 19, 2014 at approximately 11:50 p.m. in the Town of Schreiber, members of the Schreiber Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Langworthy Street, Schreiber.  Upon speaking to the driver of a pick-up truck, officers found that the driver had been drinking.  After failing the road side test the male driver was arrested and transported to Schreiber detachment for further investigation.

As a result, the 20 year old male driver, Nathan WAGNER, of Marathon, Ontario has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle with Over 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content contrary to the Criminal Code.  The male is to appear in Schreiber Court on October 9, 2014 to answer to the charge.
