Some comedy pairings are just meant to be. Their on screen chemistry is undeniable and one name soon becomes synonymous with the other. In this week’s top new release, an unlikely duo come together to form a pair of battling neighbors looking to get the “one up” on each other. Seth Rogen is a modern day comedic icon. His distinct laugh and ability to ad-lib his lines endear him to his co-workers and fans alike. Zac Efron is better known for his role as dancing and singing Troy in High School Musical.
