TYLER’s INSIDE REVIEW
When Bridesmaids was released back in 2011, the ensemble comedy quickly became the most talked about movie of the year. At the time, Melissa McCarthy was best known for her TV role in “Mike & Molly”. Bridesmaids presented her with her first real opportunity to see what she could do with a comedic role in a full-length movie- and she did not disappoint. Her scene-stealing performance thrust her into the spotlight and she became an overnight star landing leading roles in “Identity Thief”, “The Heat” and this week’s headline new release “Tammy”.
