Dubreuilville Traffic Complaint Leads to Criminal Charges
WAWA, ON – January 21, 2015 at approximately 12:40 am members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Wawa Detachment responded to a traffic complaint within the community of Dubreuilville Ontario.
The motor vehicle in question was located near a local business. As a result of police investigation Keith ARMOUR (32) of Iroquois Falls, Ontario was arrested and charged with the following offences,
- Care or Control while ability impaired contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
- Care or Control of motor vehicle over 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
- Possession of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana under 30grams (Adult) contrary to section 4 (1) of the Control Drug and Substance Act.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Wawa, Ontario for March 9, 2015.
