Filming in Thunder Bay Wrapped-up on the movie 10-57
THUNDER BAY, ON – Filmmakers and industry professionals descended on Thunder Bay this summer for the shooting of feature film ‘10-57’; filming has now concluded and Tuesday, July 27th, producers of the Action-Drama released a teaser to the forthcoming feature film. “The feeling that I get when I watch this trailer reminds me every time why I make movies. It oozes hard work and passion, from everyone involved” said Director Rodney Dwira. Judge for yourself with this sneak peak courtesy of Alphabet Productions:
Throughout the summer, Thunder Bay residents and visitors watched as streets, local restaurants and other venues were transformed to movie sets before their eyes as the Police Action Drama, 10-57, was entirely shot in Thunder Bay. The extensive film making team of 10-57 also features a professional crew and actors cast locally in Thunder Bay, this will no doubt be a treat for residents who will no doubt recognize many familiar faces on the big screen when the film, now in post-production, is released in early 2011!

FILM SYNOPSIS:
Missing Person Unit Detective Jane Scott is considered a hero, even though the humbled woman is simply doing her job when she investigates kidnapped cases and recovers hostages held for ransom. However the rules of the game change when she is tasked with a missing person’s case and the suspected abductor is her former partner and one time lover…… Ray Unic. This time, they are chasing one of their own.
