OPP Charge White River Man With Assault
WHITE RIVER, ON – On Monday September 12, 2016 at approximately 8:40 am members of the Superior East White River Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a White River residence regarding a disturbance and allegations of assault.
At the scene police conducted an investigation, interviewing the male victim and witnesses.
As a result of this investigation, police arrested and charged Matthew HART (25) of White River Ontario with the following offence;
- Adult Assault contrary to section 266 of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Wawa Ontario on November 7, 2016.
