MANITOUWADGE, ON – Turn Off the Screens Week continued in Manitouwadge yesterday with DAY 3.  Though Fun with Seniors had to be cancelled due to an unfortunate power outage at the Golden Age Centre (caused by a nasty storm – see that coverage here) the other two Wednesday night events went forward – MHS lob ball was switched up to Volleyball at the GYM and the Manitouwadge Best Start Hub Family Fun Olympics changed to an indoor venue, held at the Recreation Centre.

The fun continues tonight with the FIREFIGHTERS’ Challenge, including an obstacle course AND it has been rumored (confirmed by the Fire Chief) that SPARKY will be in attendance at the event in the Agawa Gardens Park on Oshweeken Rd making his Manitouwadge debut.

Don’t miss a minute of the fun! brough to our community by the Manitouwadge Diabetes Group.
