March 8th Northshore music enthusiasts are invited to enjoy a very special performance as the award winning recording artist David Myles, jazz, blues, gospel pop and folk artist is welcomed to the Manitouwadge High School theatre by Nite on the Town Entertainment Series of the Arts (NOTES).  Myles, an internationally recognized songwriter, has been referred to by critics as a ‘captavating performer’, ‘fearless in his arrangements’, and a ‘young man with old-soul wisdom connecting with people on the most fundamental level’.

Most recently, Myles was recognized by Canada’s East Coast Music Association receiving the 2009 ECMA Folk Recording of the Year.  Organizers recommend getting your tickets in advance as, while they will be sold at the door, Northshore residents have recently been attending the NOTES Series performances in greater numbers at each subsequent show; at January’s performance of He Sang, She Sang the theatre was estimated to have been filled at 70% capacity.  Tickets are available at The Echo, Rendez-Vous Restaurant, and Cow Palace in Manitouwadge or listen for your chance to win FREE on CFNO Radio, 93.1 FM.
