White River seniors in harmony

Participants at White River’s Senior Centre, the volunteer built Harmony Club, during their regular Mixed Open Darts night. Take another look, there is even a visitor from Manitouwadge among them.

Don't let their easy-going, fun attitude fool you - this group has some serious darts skills!

Harmony Club members were having a great time at their regular Monday night darts game; names are drawn from those present to create teams ensuring socialization and an opportunity to make new friends.  “Everyone is welcome, we always have a great time” said Harmony Club President Mary Lou Constatineau adding that the group was currently practicing for the regional Seniors Games to be held in Manitouwadge May 25^th – June 4^th.  The Harmony Club also hosts Karaoke, Line Dancing, Euchre, Cribbage and Carpet Bowling each week, entry is just $2/person with funds contributing their Annual BBQ.
