Chinese students to study in Manitouwadge

March 31st, 2010 a historical agreement was signed by His Worship John MacEachern Mayor of the Township of Manitouwadge and Morley Chertkoff, International Studies Director for Canadabridge Education Inc. A Memorandum Of Understanding between the municipality and Superior Preparatory Academy, a private, Community Based ESL (English as a Second Language) school recognizing their roles in the innovative pilot project.

Unfortunately the excitement of the moment had noise levels in the Township of Manitouwadge Council Chambers quite high making it difficult to understand some parts of the interview (equally difficult for those being interviewed as Creswell & I could barely ‘hear ourselves think’ and we only had to ask the questions), if you are committed to hearing the video however, a few run throughs may help clarify what is being said.
