Recently I have had many inquiries from people around town concerning transferring their special VHS tapes to digital format. This is an efficient method to preserve and / or make extra copies of family occasions to share.

One thing to remember with VHS tapes is that time is their enemy. As years go by, they tend to start to erode, fade and dry out and become more brittle increasing the chance of damage and permanent loss, or they may get tangled and chewed up in the VCR. (I think that has happened to all of us at one time or another!)
