Schreiber’s Little Sprouts

April 22nd, first Little Sprouts Community Garden Meeting of the 2010 was held at the Schreiber Public Library. During the meeting, Pam McKeever shared gardening tips and tricks for growing locally. She spoke about plants that thrive in the area and of the upcoming plant sale which will be held later this month (May) at the Schreiber Public Library.

Draws were held during the Gardener’s meeting, lucky winners were Leo Labbé won a book and Lorraine Crowe won a bag  of locally produced Earthworm Castings from Lake Superior Worms.
