Pic River Resident Charged with Impaired Driving

IMPAIRED OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

(MARATHON, ON.) –On June 05, 2010 Marathon OPP responded to a call regarding a possible impaired driver. Police located the vehicle driving on Highway 17 just east of the junction of Peninsula Road. The vehicle was stopped and after investigation it was determined that the driver was impaired by alcohol.

Priscilla Star of Pic River was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content / Motor Vehicle.

Star is to appear in Marathon Criminal Court July 22, 2010 in regards to these charges.
