R.I.D.E./GENERAL ENFORCEMENT
(SUPERIOR EAST) – Officers throughout the Superior East patrol area conducted several RIDE checks during the holiday weekend resulting in no drinking and driving offences being noted.
Officers did issue several Provincial Offence notices for various Highway Traffic and Compulsory Automobile Insurance infractions.
Officers also confiscated a small amount of marijuana during a routine traffic stop resulting in possession charges contrary to the Controlled Drug and Substance Act.
