MALE YOUTH CHARGED WITH BREAK AND ENTER
(MARATHON, ON.) –On Aug 10, 2010 at 11:14pm the Marathon OPP responded to an alarm call at the Marathon Canadian Tire located at 3 Peninsula Road in the Town of Marathon.
Upon police arriving they observed a male exiting the building carrying merchandise. The male was apprehended and placed under arrest for Break and Enter a place-commit indictable offence and Mischief Under $5000.00.
The 15 year old male who’s name can not be released due to his age will appear in Criminal Court in the Town of Marathon on Oct 28, 2010 in respect to these charges.
