Coast to Coast against Cancer in Terrace Bay
TERRACE BAY, ON – Team Two from the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation stopped for lunch on Wednesday in Terrace Bay and were treated to a warm meal and welcome.
The event was organized by volunteers and the local Sears Depot operated by Mona Daykin. The riders shared some of their personal circumstances and motivations for participating in the important cause to organizers who were happy to be able to help out which involved serving a hot lunch. The riders were pleasantly surprised of the support from the community and said they remembered Terrace Bay from the previous year for its incredible hospitality.
