ALUMNI FACING OFF Against Cancer AGAIN!
MANITOUWADGE, ON – December 18th from 2-5pm you will be hard pressed to find a Manitouwadge resident anywhere other than the Recreation Centre Arena as Toby Matteson has rallied local hockey players for the 3rd Annual Copper Kings Alumni Fundraiser.
Previous years have raised thousands for locals fighting cancer and 2010 is coming together to be the best game yet! If your business would like to donate or become a sponsor, or if you are unable to attend and want details of how you can help, contact Matteson via email at tmattson212@hotmail.com
The 3rd annual alumni game will once again be donating funds raised to the Manitouwadge Cancer Assistance Group. There will be contests (chuck-a-puck, 50/50, penny table and others), consession, a goober game, skills competitions and more. Come out and support this great cause. On the Facebook event page (CLICK TO VISIT), Matteson thanks everone in advance “For your support and I hope to see you all out cheering on the former Manitouwadge Copper Kings “Stars”!” Adding in his message that “For anyone who cannot attend and wish you donate can email money by contacting tmattson212@hotmail.com. I have a separate account set up for this sole purpose. There will be great items to win that will make perfect Christmas gifts.”
