Interview with Hockeyville Volunteer

Manitouwadge for Hockeyville volunteers assist people wanting to Nominate Manitouwadge with photo scanning, uploading and submissions.

MANITOUWADGE, ON – Friday, January 28th Manitouwadge for Hockeyville efforts continued with a skating party at the Manitouwadge Recreation Centre arena and Nomination Assistance Booth in the lobby.  Natalie Labbee, April Robinson, Kerri Jackson and others, had a scanner and laptops set up to assist anyone who had photos, old and new, that they wished to share on the CBC.ca Hockeyville nomination site.  Many residents took the opportunity to get their stories posted and OntarioNewsNorth.com spoke with Natalie Labbee about this, and other events that the Hockeyville volunteers (most Manitouwadge Minor Hockey Association Mom’s) have organized and/or assisted with to motivate their community and spark the fire of community spirit over the past two months.
