NIPIGON, ON – February 9, 2011 at approximately 9:00 a.m. Schreiber Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an intoxicated male operating a motor vehicle at Simcoe Plaza, Terrace Bay. Officers located and arrested the suspect at Simcoe Plaza. A male, Joel William Purley OGDEN of Saint John, New Brunswick, has been charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Drive Disqualified, and Resist Arrest contrary to the Criminal Code.
OGDEN remains in custody and is to appear in court on February 11, 2011 at Thunder Bay, Ontario to answer to these charges.
