Thunder Bay, ON – Hwy # 17 between Marathon and WAWA is closed to both directions of traffic due to Road and Weather Conditions and Commercial Vehicle stuck on hills.
The Ontario Provincial Police would like to remind Northwestern Ontario motorists of the MTO – Road Information Number as 1-800-268-4686.
The Ontario Provincial Police encourage motorists to pay attention to local radio and T.V. stations for road and weather updates.
The Ontario Provincial Police remind people that the 911 service and the 1-888-310-1122 service are “call for service” (emergency) numbers
