HORNEPAYNE, ON – A historical sexual assault investigation by the Superior East OPP in Hornepayne has resulted in eleven separate charges against James RUSSELL age 67 of Hornepayne. The investigation is the result of a complaint of sexual offences that occurred between June 1988 to December 1988. The charges include;
- Sexual Interference – 4 counts
- Sexual Assault – 5 counts
- Anal Intercourse
- Sexual Exploitation
He will appear in Hornepayne Criminal Court on November 3, 2011 to answer to the charges.
