MANITOUWADGE, ON – Our Lady of Lourdes School Student Council is an integral part of fundraising and events at the school.  Student Council is a great opportunity for students to take responsibility in their school’s success while gaining experience working as part of a group.

The Student Council organizes and works at all the Sock Hops and Dances throughout the school year, important fundraisers for OLOL.  In November, Student Council has organized 2 School Spirit Days, these are “Wear Something Red”, in honour of Rememberance Day, on Friday the 11th, and “Polka Dot Day” Friday the 22nd all students are encouraged to take part in these fun days.

Congratulations to all those elected to the 2011 Student Council including President, Mariah Campbell!
