NIPIGON, ON – St. Edward School students from Grade 4, 5 and 6 had a unique opportunity to see energy creation in action and learn about a project that has had kept their community in the media for several years.  The Greenwich Wind Farm and Ontario Power Generation Station became the students’ classroom as they travelled to visit the sites.

The visit provided the students with an experience that could not be duplicated in the classroom and which they could now refer to when learning about renewable energy and how power is made.
