Money stolen from office
WAWA, ON – January 18, 2012 at 10:05 pm Superior East OPP in Wawa received a report of a Break, Enter and Theft at Hometown Wines on Ganley Street. Investigation revealed that entry was gained by prying the rear door open. Upon entry the store’s office was entered and an undisclosed amount of cash was removed from a cabinet. Nothing else was reported stolen or disturbed. The incident is reported to have occurred sometime after the evening of January 17, 2012. The OPP requests the public’s assistance in apprehending those responsible for this crime. Anyone with any information is asked to call The OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers.
