Hard to believe that we are halfway through the month already! It has been a great month for new movies and the big hits just keep on coming! If you haven’t been through our doors in a while you certainly have a lot of catching up to do.!
There are eight new titles set to hit the shelves this week (January 17th) ranging from action to kids picks. Let’s have a look at each in more detail;
NEW RELEASES
Abduction: starring Taylor Lautner and Sigourney Weaver – A young man sets out to discover his true identity after discovering his face on a missing kids website. He soon discovers that he is being chased by a ruthless crime team. (Action) (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Ides of March: starring Ryan Gosling, George Clooney and Philip Seymour Hoffman – Award Nominee- A campaign manager has his career thrown into a frenzy when he discovers that his candidate for US President has a secret that could destroy the entire campaign. (Drama) (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Catch 44: starring Bruce Willis, Malin Akerman and Forest Whitaker – Three women are sent on a job to intercept a drug shipment for their crime boss at an isolated diner. But when a series of events take place, everyone soon realizes no one is who they seem and the job may not be as it was described. (Action/Crime) (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Courageous: When a tragedy strikes four police officers, they begin to struggle with their faith and their roles as husbands and fathers. Together they make a decision that will change all of their lives. (Drama) (DVD and Blu-Ray)

Dirty Girl: starring Juno Temple, Mila Jovovich and William H. Macy– A rebellious high school girl decides to run away from home and recruits the class nerd to come along with his car. (Comedy) (DVD)
Killing Bono: starring Ben Barnes- True Story- Two brothers attempt to become global rock stars but can only watch from the sidelines as their old friends from school (U2) become the biggest band in the world. (Drama) (DVD)
Legend of the Sea: An all new full-length animated movie about a dragon fighting to save his underwater world from an evil octopus. (Kids) (DVD)
Turtles Tale: A full length animated tale about a sea turtle who spends 50 years traveling the world while it is being changed by global warming. (Kids) (DVD)
