CHAPLEAU, ON – March 25th, 2012 the Ontario Provincial Police Superior East Chapleau Detachment received information regarding a sexual assault.
Through police investigation it was learned that during the evening prior the suspect allegedly sexually assaulted two victims.
As a result a 35 year old local male stands charged with two counts of Sexual Assault. The name of the accused will not be released to protect the identity of the victims.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Chapleau Criminal Court May 16th, 2012.
