BEARDMORE, ON –The Greenstone Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a break and enter that occurred at the Paint Lake Cabins located on Highway 801 North of Beardmore.
The break and enter is believed to have occurred between the evening hours of May 7th and the morning of May 9th. The suspects forced entry into several different cabins which resulted in over $1500.00 damage. In addition to this approximately 25 decorations were stolen from inside the cabins.
The Greenstone OPP would like to remind people that being in possession of property that is obtained by crime is a criminal offence. Police are requesting that anyone who has information about this crime or any other crimes to please call the Greenstone OPP or crime stoppers.
