SCHREIBER, ON – May 3 2012 at approximately 12:30 p.m. Schreiber Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint of a possible impaired driver. Officers located the suspect vehicle, a tanker fuel truck, on Highway 17 east of Terrace Bay in theTownship of Strey, and found that the driver had been drinking.
A 41 year old male, Geoffrey FLANAGAN of Terrace Bay, Ontario was arrested and has been charged with Operate a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol content contrary to the Criminal Code. The male is to appear in Schreiber court on August 22, 2012 to answer to the charge.
