Another Great Program Added to Marathon’s ACTIVE LIVING PASSES
MARATHON, ON – The Town of Marathon has announced new program to their Active Living passes today via their facebook page; CARDIO SCULPT.
The new program is open to all adults and is FREE to those with ACTIVE LIVING PASSES, just $7.50/class ($48.50 per 10 classes) for those without the ALP.
CARDIO SCULPT with instructor Naomi Giuliano is “designed to help you get the most out of your workout in the least amount of time” offering participants a full body workout with cardio and muscle conditioning intervals followed by core training . The classes are being offered Monday’s at 7pm and Wednesday’s at 6pm in the Multipurpose Room at the Marathon Community Arena starting October 22nd with a FREE class.
Participants are asked to bring their own mat and towel. There is a limit of 25 participants per class so those who are interested are encouraged to arrive early!
