HORNEPAYNE, ON – September 28, 2012 officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Hornepayne Detachment were advised that a local male was breaching his bail conditions by not abiding by a curfew of 7:00 pm. The following day the male, 45-year-old Robert GOULET was located and arrested by the OPP. The accused stands charged with Failing to Comply with Recognizance of Bail and he is currently in custody awaiting a bail hearing in Sault Ste Marie.
