The month of June starts off with a bang and arguably one of our best weeks for new releases in a quite a while! Jason Bateman has his identity stolen, Bruce Willis returns as John McClane and Zombies fall in love in some of this week’s top titles. There are nine titles in total and truly something for everyone to choose from!

A Good Day to Die Hard: starring Bruce Willis and Jai Courtney– The latest installment in the Die Hard franchise. John McClane travels to Russia after hearing that his son has been arrested for murder. What seems to be a simple case turns complicated when he learns that his son is working for the CIA in a mission to retrieve a secret file and prevent a potential nuclear disaster. Warm Bodies: starring Nicholas Hoult, Theresa Palmer and John Malkovich– A zombie saves a young woman from an attack and takes her to his living space where the two bond and form a highly unlikely relationship. Escape from Planet Earth: Featuring the voices of Brendan Fraser and Sarah Jessica Parker. An astronaut finds himself caught in a trap when he responds to an SOS from a notoriously dangerous alien planet. 12 Rounds 2 Reloaded: starring Randy Orton– A man finds himself caught in a deadly 12-round game of cat and mouse with a vigilante tied to his past. AE Apocalypse Earth: starring Adrian Paul- A group of refugees from Earth land on an exotic planet, where they must fight ruthless aliens in order to survive. (Sci-Fi) (DVD and Blu-Ray)
Last Ride: starring Jesse James and Kaley Cuoco– The story of Hank Williams and his journey through the Appalachian countryside after he hires a young man to drive him to his upcoming performances. (Drama) (DVD)
Mental: starring Toni Collette and Liev Schreiber- A crazy hotheaded woman changes a family’s life after she’s hired to be the nanny of their five girls. (Comedy/Drama) (DVD)
Back to the Sea– A young fish is captured by a fishing ship and transported to a fish tank in a Chinese restaurant where he befriends a young boy. Together they begin a daring quest to get the fish back to the sea. (Family) (DVD) Also available to rent at 2 Doors Down in Manitouwadge!

Remember Me: A sci-fi action adventure set in 2084 where players take on the role of a former elite memory hunter with the ability to break into people’s minds and steal or alter their memories. After having her own memory wiped clean by the authorities, players must help the hunter set out on a mission to recover her identity while being hunted by the very people that created this surveillance society. Saturday May 31st marked the last day of our Scratch and Win promotion and, as it turns out, a number of big winners left the store richer than when they had entered.
