DRUG WARRANT EXECUTED IN GREENSTONE BY GREENSTONE COMMUNITY DRUG ACTION TEAM

LONGLAC, ON – As a result of an investigation by officers of the Greenstone Community Drug Action Team (CDAT), one male remains in custody facing several drug charges and one female has been released from custody on a Promise to Appear.

On August 30, 2013, a search warrant was executed at a home in the Ward of Longlac by members of the Drug Enforcement Section and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Greenstone Detachment.

Cocaine, methamphetamine, and cannabis resin were located inside the residence.

Annette WESLEY, 31, of Longlac is charged with:

  • possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine,
  • possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine
  • possession of Canabis resin.

She will appear in Longlac Court on October 16.

Denis LALONDE, 42, of Longlac is charged with:

  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine,
  • Ppssession for the Purpose of Tafficking Methamphetamine,
  • Possession of Canabis Resin,
  • Failing to Comply with Recognizance.

He will appear in bail court on September 3.
