GREENSTONE STOLEN PROPERTY

GERALDTON, ON – On September 5, 2013 between the hours of 1:00 am and 7:00 am a shed and a vehicle located at a residence on Summerset Lane was broken into. Ontario Provincial Police Greenstone Detachment is seeking the assistance of the public in locating the stolen items. The items taken were;

  • a red Milwaukee reciprocating saw
  • a black and red 8500 watt Honda Generator with electric start
  • a red and black 6.5 horsepower (HP) Honda water pump
  • an orange Husqvarna chainsaw model 266, 58 CC
  • an orange Stihl chainsaw 56 CC
  • a silver Honda four stroke 15HP outboard motor
  • two hunter green rubber fishing bags made by Cabela’s
  • a black handheld Garmin GPS
  • a black and yellow Humminbird fish finder

Police want to remind people that being in possession of stolen property or purchasing stolen property is a crime. The buyer is responsible to make reasonable efforts to ensure that items purchased have not been obtained by crime.
